ORDERS WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING:

Your order is a priority and will arrive within 1-3 business days. If you select express shipping and we are not able to meet the time shown due to a delay, we will automatically refund the cost of shipping. As of now, kids sizes are not available for express shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.

I'VE PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You will be emailed an order number. If you selected express shipping, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your purchase. If you selected free shipping, please allow up to 2 days for a tracking number to be emailed to you.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

We do everything we can to ship orders ASAP, so if you there's a mistake with your order, please contact our support team ASAP. 

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

 

We do not currently offer returns or refunds. We do offer exchanges for different sizes and defective hoodies.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
